ORESKABAND (オレスカバンド, Oresukabando) is an all-female ska band from Sakai, Japan. They have released two full albums, Ore in July 2006, and WAO!! in May 2007. They have performed both in Japan and the United States, including the Fuji Rock Festival. Their songs have been featured as the 14th ending theme for the anime Naruto and the 11th ending theme for the anime Bleach. Their name “ore ska band” literally translates to “We’re (a) ska band.”

(Note: “Ore” is an extremely masculine and casual way to say “I” in Japanese. While one normally adds “-tachi” to personal nouns in order to emphasize that they are plural, it’s clear in this context that by “Ore” they mean “we”, or more specifically, something more along the lines of “we fellows.” Although they are an all-female band, they usually appear wearing boy’s school uniforms, both in their videos and their concerts, so the use of “Ore” is clearly a choice of gender play.)

Younha (Korean: 고윤하; 高潤荷; Go Youn-ha, Japanese: ユンナ , Yunna), born April 29, 1988 in Seoul, Korea, is a K-Pop and J-Pop singer.

Younha made her debut as an artist at the young age of sixteen. Nicknamed the “Oricon comet” for her success in Japan, she has currently released eight singles and one album in that country with varying degrees of success. Also, many of her songs have been featured in anime/dramas. Although she is often compared to BoA both who are active in Japan, speaks Japanese well and is one of the few Koreans to rank on the Oricon chart, there are significant differences between their musical style and performance.

Younha is signed to Epic Records, owned by Sony Music Japan. Her Korean agency is Stam Entertainment.

Go! Younha is the one and only Japanese album of this great singer. Which song Houkiboshi was featured as an ending in the cool anime hit series Bleach. After releasing several Japanese singles, Younha released her first official album, Go! Younha (a pun on her surname). It was released on October 5, 2005.

UVERworld (ウーバーワールド, Ūbāwārudo) is a Japanese rock band known for their mixture of musical genres such as hard rock,electronic, and beat-boxing. UVERchan, the band’s mascot, is a fictional bear-bat like character, which appears on several of their covers.

BUGRIGHT is the followup to UVERworld’s first album, Timeless. A Limited Edition CD+DVD was also released. It contains the music videos for their 4th to 6th singles and also a documentary. The album managed to hit #1 at the Oricon daily chart on 23rd Feb, and TAKUYA∞ shed the tears of joy after hearing the news.
